Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and dignity are maintained at all times, respecting the autonomy and privacy of each service user.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
