Position Overview:
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex health needs. Your expertise will be essential in providing support and ensuring the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care including:
1. Tracheostomy management
2. Ventilation support
3. Oral and tracheal suctioning
4. Nasopharyngeal suctioning
5. Enteral feeding assistance
6. Seizure and epilepsy care
7. Oxygen therapy administration
8. Cough assist techniques
9. Nebulization treatments
10. Medication administration
Work Schedule:
This position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including three 10-hour night shifts per week, covering Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This role is based in Saint Austell, Cornwall, providing an opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment with a dedicated team at Sirona Medical Ltd.
