Job Title: Apprentice Chef

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dish Preparation: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our culinary standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and cooked safely and to the highest standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Culinary Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate your progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:

As an Apprentice Chef, you'll be working towards the Food Production Level 5 SVQ, a qualification that will transform you from a kitchen novice to a culinary master. With hands-on experience and guidance from our chefs, you'll be tackling various milestones, from your first assessment to completing your qualification and gaining a shiny new certification.
