Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Compensation: Competitive Salary
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
As a senior member of our Engineering division, you will spearhead the design and development of advanced turbochargers and related products. Your role will involve enhancing existing technologies and innovating new solutions for internal combustion and other thermal machinery.
Daily Activities:
- Lead the design initiatives for new turbochargers and associated machinery.
- Oversee technical projects, including research and development, product validation, testing, and related advancements.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Contribute to methods development and continuous improvement strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in engineering high-speed rotating equipment, particularly turbochargers. Demonstrated leadership in engineering, with a strong ability to solve problems and drive projects to completion efficiently.
- Experience collaborating with non-engineering teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong project management capabilities.
