We're excited to announce a recruitment opportunity for passionate individuals to join our team at Butlin's Minehead Resort. As a Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break for our guests.

About the Role

We're looking for high-spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people. As a Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to work across different teams on resort, supporting our guests and providing them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the overall success of the resort by being proactive and flexible
