We're looking for high-spirited and fun-loving individuals to join our team as Resort Team Members at Butlin's Minehead Resort. As a Resort Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to work across different teams on resort, supporting our guests and providing them with a fantastic experience during their stay.
We'll provide you with the training and support you need to develop the skills to work confidently in various areas, including accommodation, bars, and restaurants. No two days will be the same, and you'll enjoy the variety of working with different team members and guests.
Whether you're looking for a temporary role or a career with Butlin's, this position provides the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.
About YouWe're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference to our guests. Previous experience is not necessary, as we'll provide you with all the training you need. We're more interested in your attitude, mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
