Position Overview

Role: Technical Sales Lead - Southern UK Region

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities

This role focuses on providing advanced solutions to clients in various sectors including Industrial, Marine, Offshore, Subsea, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Agricultural, Yellow Goods, Automotive, and Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with existing clients to enhance relationships and drive business growth (approximately 75% of the role).
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (approximately 25% of the role).
  • Conducting client visits, typically 3-4 per day, to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in technical sales, particularly in hydraulic systems and electronic control technologies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage paperwork and client follow-ups efficiently.
