About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a stunning boutique hotel in the Lake District. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front of house team and ensuring a smooth-running operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
