Business Development Executive

UniHomes is a pioneering student property search and comparison portal, as well as a shared utilities provider. Our cutting-edge utility management service simplifies shared bills for students, operating in over 50 university locations nationwide and serving thousands of students. We are a progressive SME passionate about developing our technology and products to amplify the student rental market.
The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious property professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This exciting opportunity involves acquiring and onboarding new letting agents to our unique bills-included student portal, which is revolutionizing the student lettings market. In year one, you will have guaranteed commission, while in year two, your on-target earnings could reach £40-50k, with uncapped commission offering limitless potential for success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, handling the creation and development of your own leads and client base.
- Report and deliver KPIs to the Senior Business Development Executive and Head of Sales.
- Support marketing and technology activities.
- Field sales – national.
- Maintain high standards of account data in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Adhere to efficient and effective methods of working, ensuring company standards and processes are always followed.
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development or sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with all members of the public.
- Ability to analyse market and industry trends to support lead generation.
- Commercial awareness.
- Professional and courteous at all times with staff and clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent prioritising skills.
