About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Nights Front Office Agent to join our exceptional Front Office Team at our Coldra Court Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Process guest payments and handle any issues that may arise
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and amenities
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
