International Corporate Banking Graduate Programme

As a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate, you'll join a supportive, collaborative environment known for its pace and entrepreneurial spirit. You'll access diverse bank groups and product sets, building versatility and developing skills in financial modelling, credit skills, CIB products, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities, and other key tasks.
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services.
  • Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making.
  • Train and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Evaluate and escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls.
  • Make evaluative judgements based on analysis of factual information.

As a graduate in our International Corporate Banking Graduate Programme, you'll be expected to demonstrate the Barclays Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship, as well as the Barclays Mindset of Empower, Challenge, and Drive. You'll be part of a global investment bank presence across Americas, UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, with opportunities to build a network of contacts outside the team and external to the organisation.
