Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Young's. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Contribute to the development of menus and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
