Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and overseeing multiple mixed-discipline projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage multiple mixed-discipline projects from M&E, Building Fabric, Grounds, and Civils to ACM Removals.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of four project managers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Relations: Manage and exceed customer and stakeholder relations.
  • SHEQ and CDM: Implement and ensure compliance with all SHEQ and CDM plans, procedures, and checks on site throughout the lifespan of the project.
  • Training and Development: Ensure staff receive adequate training to carry out their role on the project.
  • Business Development: Take ownership of all site aspects of the project and manage from start to handover and completion.
  • Programme Management: Provide project direction, focus, and programme management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management and project management.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in contract management, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
