ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a qualified Construction Site Gate Attendant to support a prominent regional house builder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site access and ensuring the smooth flow of deliveries.

This role involves directing incoming deliveries to designated areas on the construction site, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring that the entrance remains secure and organized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the main entrance to the construction site
  • Possess a Traffic Banksman Ticket (preferred)
  • Complete necessary documentation for each delivery
  • Guide delivery vehicles through the site safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the gate area
  • Utilize a cabin on site for operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks
  • Personal protective equipment including hard hat, work boots, and HI-Viz vest
