About the Role

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Comms and Growth teams in maintaining organizational rigor and ensuring the smooth running of the teams. The role involves administrative tasks, event management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update departmental spreadsheets and administrative documents
  • Manage an events calendar and lead events-related project management
  • Attend meetings with PR agencies and ensure follow-up and performance monitoring
  • Create a reporting system for press articles and archives
  • Organize digital filing systems and manage assets
Requirements
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly and communicative, with the ability to work in a fast-moving atmosphere
