Anthem Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations & Systems Coordinator to join their team in Birmingham. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary.

The successful candidate will support marketing tasks globally and oversee the workflow for a Data Stewards and Operations Assistants team. They will report to a Marketing Systems Manager and work closely with colleagues globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workload across the team and monitor delivery KPIs
  • Allocate tickets and tasks for incoming work
  • Liaise with marketing stakeholders on tasks and provide timelines for delivery of work
  • Research and draft business summaries
