About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the smooth running of the care home, including managing budgets and resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care
