Care Home Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
With a strong focus on kindness and resident dignity, you will be responsible for managing a specific area of the home, including staff supervision, resident care planning, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Manage a specific area of the home, including staff supervision and resident care planning
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HC-One policies

- Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
