Executive Director - Catering Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Catering Operations team at a prestigious private boarding school in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, which serves approximately 750 people a day across breakfast, lunch, and supper services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of catering staff to deliver high-quality food services
• Develop and implement catering strategies to meet the needs of the school community
• Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and food safety
• Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure seamless integration of catering services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in catering management, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
