Buying Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying Assistant to support our Buyer in all areas of sales tracking and analysis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our administrative tasks, including line listing, cost and retail changes, and supplier liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Buyer in sales tracking and analysis, including daily sales and profit reports.
- Keep administrative tasks up to date, including line listing, cost and retail changes.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure deadlines and tasks are met.
- Impute into decisions on ranges and promotions.
- Answer and resolve store/supplier queries.
- Raise and reconcile internal and external invoices to the category.
- Assist the Buyer with competitor research and day-to-day trading of your category.
