Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead our existing team of Business Analysts in driving business transformation within our Managed Service Provider client in the tech industry.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in driving business transformation and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business process maps and system workflow designs.
  • Provide leadership and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuously improve processes and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Business Analysts.
  • Develop and maintain business process maps and system workflow designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes.
  • Provide leadership and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing direct reports.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Previous knowledge of business process mapping and system workflow design.
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and Software Architecture.
  • Knowledge of MoSCoW methodology.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in improving what 'good' looks like in a business.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
