Job Title: Head of Group Financial Planning

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Group Financial Planning to join our team at IWG plc. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class commercial finance reporting, planning, and analysis to support our management and Senior Leadership team in making informed commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth analysis and commentary on business performance, including reporting to the Group Board.
  • Lead the Group forecast process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial projections.
  • Collaborate with the business and finance community to drive best-in-class analysis and improve business performance.
  • Develop and implement reporting processes, systems, and metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Support the Group Finance Director in all financial analysis matters, including ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent education.
  • Strong numerical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior executives.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a dynamic environment.
