About the Role

We're seeking motivated Sales Agents with experience in call centre/customer service environments to join our UK team. This full-time, permanent position offers hybrid working (after 3 months) and competitive incentives as part of our global company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
  • Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
  • Provide exceptional customer support, giving customers peace of mind knowing their loved ones are protected
Requirements
  • Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre
  • A competitive starting salary with the potential to increase to £40,000 plus OTE £60,000 to £85,000
  • Exceptional training to equip you for success in your NFS career
  • Option of hybrid working (dependent on results and length of service)
