Life Insurance Sales Agent Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our UK team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products. You will provide accurate information on products that is clear, fair and becoming of our commitment to treating customers fairly. You will meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance. You will help and support our customers, giving them the peace of mind knowing that those who matter most to them are protected.

**Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
* Provide accurate information on products that is clear, fair and becoming of our commitment to treating customers fairly
* Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
* Help and support our customers, giving them the peace of mind knowing that those who matter most to them are protected

**Requirements**

* Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre
* Target driven
* Strong communication and listening skills
* High level of resilience and motivation to succeed
* Excellent attention to detail
* Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
