Our service portfolio features an acute brain injury rehabilitation center, specialized hospitals, residential homes for children, and educational institutions catering to hundreds of students.

The Crafts team is responsible for the installation of kitchens and bathrooms, ongoing maintenance of the premises, minor projects within the site, and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations for effective site operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, clean, and hygienic environment that meets the needs of the individuals we support.
  • Provide high standards of record-keeping and reporting related to site operations.
  • Engage in regular audits of quality systems as required.
  • Conduct inspections and address any contractor work that does not meet required standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all current national regulations and inspection standards relevant to our establishment.
  • Comply with national regulations concerning Environmental Health and the standards set by regulatory bodies.
  • Manage maintenance workloads effectively and proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Facilities Manager on larger projects and seek their expertise on technical matters related to repairs and improvements.
  • Identify and propose projects that enhance the facility's image, functionality, and operational efficiency for staff, students, and visitors.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, leaving areas occupied by contractors in excellent condition.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the grounds.
