We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Interim Human Resources Operations Manager. This is a full-time contract with an anticipated duration of 8-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the HR administration function, including a small team of administrative colleagues.
- Provide HR advice to department heads and SMT.
- Ensure efficient maintenance and streamlining of HR administration systems, processes, and policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Deliver HR metrics and escalate complex HR cases.
- Notify HRM colleagues on changes to people management legislation.
- Experience in HR, ideally with a degree in a relevant area or CIPD qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Staff management experience and good understanding of digital HR systems.
- Ability to work in a technology-focused environment.
