Job Title: Interim Human Resources Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Interim Human Resources Operations Manager. This is a full-time contract with an anticipated duration of 8-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the HR administration function, including a small team of administrative colleagues.
  • Provide HR advice to department heads and SMT.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance and streamlining of HR administration systems, processes, and policies.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Deliver HR metrics and escalate complex HR cases.
  • Notify HRM colleagues on changes to people management legislation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR, ideally with a degree in a relevant area or CIPD qualification.
