Beauty Department Manager

We're reimagining retail and believe the higher the risk, the greater the reward. Our Fosse Park store near Leicester is seeking an experienced Beauty Department Manager to lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer exceptional one-to-one service to customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed expectations.
  • Support the performance and development of Beauty Supervisors and coach and develop Beauty Ambassadors.
  • Ensure brand standards are delivered and operational tasks are completed.
  • Lead the Accessories team covering Handbags, Jewellery, Sunglasses & Leather goods and drive profitability.
Requirements:
  • Possess a real passion for beauty and delivering a world-class client experience.
  • Lead a large and diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise in beauty.
  • Self-driven to develop and maintain product knowledge of all beauty products.
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and beauty trends, with a luxury beauty experience and an interest in luxury fashion and beauty brands. While a qualification in make-up artistry or demonstrated beauty retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who are passionate about the industry with extensive experience within luxury or trend-based retail.
