About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and mail to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy parcels
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
