Job Title: Parcel Delivery Courier
Your role as a Parcel Delivery Courier will involve delivering parcels to customers across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring that all parcels are delivered on time and in good condition.
About You
• We are looking for an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Parcel Delivery Courier. You will be comfortable working independently and have a strong sense of initiative.
• You will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring that all parcels are delivered on time and in good condition.
• As a Parcel Delivery Courier, you will be the face of Royal Mail Group, and you will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our customers.
• You will be responsible for loading and unloading parcels from your van, and you will be required to use our route-planning technology to ensure that all parcels are delivered efficiently.
• You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times, and you will be required to adhere to our company's policies and procedures.

What We Offer
• We offer a competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr.
• Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate.
• You will have 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata).
