Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is a leading provider of integrated business management solutions for distributors, suppliers, resellers, wholesalers, and merchants. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Partner to join our team and drive sales growth through effective training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-impact sales development programs to support an effective and motivated sales force.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales employees to build the capability of the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a KCS Sales Academy, including content such as HubSpot, MEDDPIC, Miller Herman, Product, Leadership, Sales Effectiveness, etc.
  • Manage content, schedules, logistics, training tools, stakeholders, and deliver some content for the Sales Academy.
  • Track and report data for the Sales Academy and examine and communicate performance gaps before they impact the business.
  • Create common behavior and a common language for all current sales employees and leaders, as well as any new inductees.
  • Develop and maintain a role skills matrix and job arch for Sales, liaising with HRBPs, TA, and HR Ops as required.
  • Build, publish, and edit content in a learning management system.
  • Handle annual and ad hoc sales training requests and inquiries.
  • Design and create an all-inclusive Sales Academy section on Global TD SharePoint.
  • Facilitate the internal (and potentially external) knowledge sharing podcast with related vendor, internal stakeholders, and/or the customer(s).
  • Innovate to develop learning in the flow of work/real-time knowledge platforms/frameworks.
  • Develop clear, specific training objectives, chunked by highest business impact content.
  • Design training frameworks and develop training materials.
  • Create learning assessments and use data for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with Pre-Sales, Business Development Executives, Account Managers, Sales leaders, and others to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Conduct accuracy audits to update and maintain content twice annually.
  • Complete special projects as required.
  • Presents content to stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
