About the Role:
Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Partner to join our team. As a Sales Development Partner, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering high-impact sales development programs that support an effective and motivated sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales development programs that align with KCS's business objectives.
- Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales employees to design and deliver training content.
- Build and maintain a KCS Sales Academy that includes content such as sales effectiveness, leadership, and product knowledge.
- Manage content, schedules, logistics, and training tools for the Sales Academy.
- Track and report data for the Sales Academy and identify performance gaps.
- Create a common language and behavior for all sales employees and leaders.
- Develop and maintain a role skills matrix and job architecture for sales.
- Build, publish, and edit content in a learning management system.
- Handle annual and ad-hoc sales training requests and inquiries.
- Design and create an all-inclusive Sales Academy section on Global TD SharePoint.
- Facilitate internal and external knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Develop clear, specific training objectives and design training frameworks.
- Conduct accuracy audits to update and maintain content.
- Complete special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Strong capability in learning and performance needs assessment.
- Skilled in instructional design and facilitation.
- Proficient with learning technology innovation and integration.
- Ability to build and measure learning or performance evaluations and analyze data.
