Extensive experience driving leads through Meta is required. Lead generation experience through other platforms is desirable but not essential (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
  • Advanced Skills: In analytics and performance measurement, with a proficiency in tools and techniques for tracking lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Strategic Thinking: With a performance and ROI-driven mindset, capable of translating data insights into actionable lead generation strategies.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: With the ability to manage multiple performance-focused campaigns simultaneously.
  • Results-Oriented: Individual with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts.
  • Adaptable and Innovative: With a continuous improvement mindset focused on performance optimization.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment while maintaining a focus on lead generation and performance goals.
