Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Reimin Reid Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings with local authorities across the UK for our senior sales team to manage.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid-working role that involves a mix of inbound and outbound lead generation, with a predominant focus on outbound lead generation. You will be tasked with cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
- Book meetings with local authorities across the UK for our senior sales team to manage
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' sales development experience within SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with using CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Desirable Skills:
- Sales SaaS experience within the care/healthcare verticals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
