Accommodation Support Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing housing-related support and intensive housing management to individuals within our service. This will involve working independently in the community with service users, managing a small caseload, and providing practical and emotional support to assist in the development of life skills and enable service users to move into independent accommodation.

- Work with and promote our services to voluntary, statutory, and community-based organisations across the district.
- Manage staff in line with HR policies and procedures, authorising leave and time off in lieu as per conditions laid out in our employee handbook.
- Supervise and appraise staff in line with our Support & Supervision Policy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing-related support and management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a community setting. A driver's license is preferred but not essential. An enhanced DBS check is required.
