Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Basic English Literacy and Math Skills: Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior Retail Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
