Salary: £24,500 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week
Our client is an independent organisation dedicated to amplifying the voices of patients and social care users in South Tyneside, striving to improve health and wellbeing services.
The Role:
As an Engagement and Insight Officer, you will provide a comprehensive, consultative, and participative expert service to ensure health and social care issues are effectively communicated, addressed, and progressed.
You will work closely with the Engagement Officer to develop an Engagement Plan in support of the Operations Plan, leading on the analysis and reporting of feedback gathered from engagement activities to provide valuable insights about health and social care services in South Tyneside.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engagement Officer to develop an Engagement Plan aligned with the Operations Plan
- Lead the analysis and reporting of feedback from engagement activities to inform health and social care service improvements
- Produce statistical and qualitative information and reports from engagement activity feedback
- Follow up on reported issues to ensure effective resolution and service improvement
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for improving health and social care services.
