Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Humres, a market-leading specialist subcontractor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our various departments in document control, with a focus on electronic or web-based documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Design Office Administrator/Document Controller in office activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Work with the design department to download drawings and/or documents from various internet-based or electronic drawing repositories.
- Collaborate with designers to learn specific applications of materials (Ceilings, Partitions, and Flooring, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation and issue of As Built drawings.
- Undertake other duties, ad hoc projects, and mandatory training as required by the business.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar position in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Aconex, Asite, 4Project, Bim 360, Data Q, or similar document management systems.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (one day per week) and participate in business meetings.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
