Hours: 37.5 – Monday to Friday

Role Overview of Junior Estimation Specialist:

The Junior Estimation Specialist position is vital within the Chevron Group, supporting the commercial and operational teams to ensure effective contract execution and assisting in the preparation and assembly of 'in contract' quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivating and maintaining Client relationships Managing client portals, ensuring timely responses and data uploads Analyzing client challenges related to submissions Collaborating with Operational Leads to comprehend project requirements Evaluating Traffic Management Designs Compiling Target Cost backup documentation for clients Reviewing and pricing compensation events Participating in weekly and monthly update meetings between commercial and operations Maintaining the scheme and contract register.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Experience in a commercial environment Knowledge and experience in Temporary Traffic Management Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Capability to establish and nurture relationships with Clients and suppliers Valid UK Driving Licence

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the NEC form of Contract Understanding of digital services and product deployment
