Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic commercial insights to optimize partnerships with retailers, fostering brand growth through increased range size and features.
2. Analyze market dynamics, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to uncover potential growth avenues.
3. Utilize data analytics to evaluate category performance, pinpoint gaps, and propose strategies for optimizing product assortment and shelf allocation.
4. Spearhead category management initiatives, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
5. Conduct category management reviews, offering expert insights to guide decision-making.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication, data-driven insights, and collaborative business planning sessions.
7. Deliver training and support to sales teams on category management principles and effective data utilization.
8. Provide comprehensive category and brand performance data for competitor analysis, including actionable recommendations.
9. Undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the role or projects assigned to achieve overall objectives.
