About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our team at Gama Aviation. As a key member of our Planning Team, you will be responsible for delivering the full life cycle planning process for all MRO base maintenance locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Processes: Utilize your expertise to design and implement efficient operational processes that ensure seamless performance.
  • Customer Service and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication between our engineering team and external stakeholders.
  • Pre-Input Planning and Work Pack Generation: Develop and manage work packs, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Collaborate with the Quality & Safety team to ensure adherence to Part 145/Part M (CAMO) regulations and participate in quality audit programs.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of Maintenance Planners, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Possess an ICAO Type II level Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Licence or an Aeronautical Degree.
  • Experience: Bring extensive planning experience within a Business Aviation Aircraft Engineering environment, with a strong understanding of MRO planning and CAMO software.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
