About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and managed effectively.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
