About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team at Oxford University Press. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and planning support to our business partners and divisional finance directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial planning and analysis activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support, to provide accurate and timely output.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports, using analysis and problem-solving skills to support business projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze financial information to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the data team to resolve data quality issues and improve data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance finance operations.
About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a strong finance background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. If you have experience with finance tools such as SAP and Excel, and are proficient in data modeling and business intelligence tools, we would love to hear from you.
