About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Recruitment22. As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange client meetings and onboard new clients
- Process LOA's and other regulatory documentation
- Prepare client meeting packs and obtain accurate policy information
- Produce valuations and generate illustration reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Client Services Administrator, directly supporting Financial Advisers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
