The events team works closely with different areas and teams within the Datateam Business Media Ltd organization. They will report to the Events Director.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the events and exhibitions that fall under the individual's jurisdiction and ensure the smooth and efficient organization of these events/competitions. With support and guidance from the Events Director/Events Manager and other appropriate colleagues.
To manage communication with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers, ensuring maximum support, understanding, and participation.
Support colleagues within the Events Department
Essential Qualifications
This individual will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to communicate effectively and accurately across all channels. Be well organized and able to multi-task, working across several events at the same time.
