About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team in Leeds. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering campaigns for a range of Ecommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Ecommerce sites, ensuring maximum ROI for clients
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Paid Media, SEO, Social, Content, and Email
  • Lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression
  • Collaborate with various teams across the agency to drive organic growth of accounts
  • Analyze campaign performance and effectiveness, utilizing findings to inform future campaigns
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing a consultative approach to ensure their growth and success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital account management, agency-side
  • Strong knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels
  • Experience working with Ecommerce or retail brands
  • Line management experience
  • Strategic and commercially-minded, with a focus on driving organic growth
  • Highly data driven, with excellent analytical skills
  • Confident, good with numbers, and a great communicator
