About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct holistic social work assessments to identify risk and need, and develop and review plans to address and mitigate concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency networks, including health and education professionals, to develop support packages for children with complex needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on social work best practices and policies.
  • Participate in peer support, reflective supervision, and mentoring opportunities to enhance professional development and practice.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in a child welfare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
