Client Support Specialist

Location: Newcastle, NE12 8BU

Salary: Starting at £23,000 with potential to increase to £25,000 as you progress in your role, plus a performance-based bonus of £1,200.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns: 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 8am and 9pm, Monday through Sunday (5 days on, 2 days off).

Holidays: 29 days of paid leave (increasing to 31 days after one year of service), inclusive of public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service within a multichannel inbound team.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints.
  • Address customer inquiries.
  • Assist clients with billing and system-related questions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone when necessary.
  • Update customer records accurately.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service, ideally in a multichannel environment handling live chat, email, or social media.
  • Strong written communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several customers simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer use and MS Office applications.
