Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our building projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Manager in managing the building project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that plots are completed to a high standard, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work, adhering to Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the project.
  • Problem-solve and find creative solutions to ensure the expected fit and finish of all new homes on the site.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in site management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as 5 GCSE's at Grade C/4 or above, and industry requirements.
  • Desirable: Level 4 in Construction Management.
