About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. As an MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and extending our MLOps system to enable our underwriting algorithm to improve effectively and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to face technical challenges beyond traditional MLOps systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and extend our MLOps system to enable our underwriting algorithm to improve effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to face technical challenges beyond traditional MLOps systems.
  • Generalize the MLOps system beyond conventional machine learning models to also manage the lifecycle of actuarial models and rules-based models.
  • Propose, design, and execute initiatives independently, leading a team to deliver on these goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.Knowledge of MLflow and Seldon Deploy.Strong technical skills and experience in MLOps.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
