Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MLOps Engineer to join our team at La Fosse, a cutting-edge AI start-up that utilizes advanced Robots to maximize human capacity and effectiveness. As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models, from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AI/ML infrastructure
  • Implement best practices for version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for AI/ML models
  • Develop and maintain high-quality AI/ML pipelines and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an AI/ML Ops Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with cloud platforms – ideally AWS
  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of security best practices for AI/ML models and data
